Jorge is available for at-home meal or event catering services, on-board yacht chef services (day work or charter), and cookery classes in your home.
At-home catering
If you want to eat at home with your friends and family but would like the effort taken out, Jorge will come to you with appropriate staff and prepare pica-pica, tapas, paella, an asado or a full sit-down meal. They wil even take care of the washing up! See the ´Example Menus`page for suggestions, but Jorge will work with you to come up with a proposal to suit your needs.
On-board Chef
With seasonal yacht chef experience as well as experience of on-board catering for day charters in the Balearics, and current tickets (STCW95, ENG-1, Food Hygiene, B1/B2 Visa) Jorge is available for Day Work out of Barcelona, Charter/Seasonal work within the Mediterranean or a rotational contract.
Cookery Classes
Entertaining at home? Why not book a fun cookery class for your group? Choose from tapas menus, paella and other typical Mediterranean dishes, where all the chopping and marinating is done for you, and Jorge will guide you through the steps to create a delicious meal which you can enjoy while the team takes care of all the tidying up.
