A little about Jorge Luis Rojas, your chef:
Born in Madrid and brought up in Buenos Aires, Jorge learned to cook with his grandmothers while helping to raise his younger sisters.
He took this love of cookery further by studying for the three year Diploma de Cocinero Profesional at the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia. Since then he has worked in kitchens all over the world.
A Spanish chef with an international outlook, Jorge produces elegant dishes using simple but high quality ingredients.
